Let's think about this string:

The remainder are subsets of natural disasters, but they are not nested into smaller and smaller topics. Earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. are all different forms of natural disaster, but they are equal, so youo have a branching situation, not a broader to narrower situation.
To have a nesting string, you would have to take one of these, like tornadoes, and get narrower within that, for example:
natural disasters
tornados
National Weather Service tornado rating system
Tornado measuring scales
Fujita and enhanced fujita scale
Do you see the logic here? I hope so.
